Patient 1
This "grandmother" came in about 40 years after her original silicone breast augmentation with ruptured implants and associated capsular contracture. She was interested in exchanging the implants for new gel implants, with tummy tuck at the same time. This "grand-mommy makeover" is shown 6 months later, looking amazing.
Individual results may vary.

Patient 2
This woman decided she no longer wanted her implants. She had asymmetrical gel implants originally placed over 6 years earlier for baseline breast asymmetry, 275cc moderate profile on right and 400cc moderate plus on the left. These were removed. Liposuction of the abdomen provided fat which was transferred to the breasts: 320cc to the right and 400cc to the left. She is photographed 4 months later with nice soft breasts that have great fullness.
