This is a 43 year old woman presented with symptomatic large breasts and notable asymmetry. She had traditional breast reduction with an inverted T (anchor) incision. Left breast tissue removal was 470 grams and right breast tissue removal was 295 grams. She is over 2 years out from her surgery.
