This young woman prior to mastectomy had significant congenital breast mismatch. She required bilateral mastectomy. She underwent immediate implant reconstruction on the right and expander on the left to help achieve a better footprint to the breast. She later had gel implant placed on the left with downsize of the right breast implant. She is so happy with her results, better than ever after combatting breast cancer.
