This woman underwent breast conservation surgery of the right breast with lumpectomy and radiation therapy, leaving her with fibrotic right breast and signficant asymmetry with left breast. She underwent a left breastlift and a right breast fat transfer from the abdomen. The fat transfer not only improved the fullness of the right breast but also increased its softness and decreased fibrosis. The symmetry is also much better.
