This woman underwent left sided nipple sparing mastectomy and immediate reconstruction with an implant larger than her baseline breast volume, opting for a larger breast to treat her deflation. In a second stage a round gel implant was placed under her pec muscle of her opposite chest to match. She is photographed 18 months after her first procedure.
