This woman underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy. She desired in the end to have larger fuller breasts. We therefore initially reconstructed her at the time of mastectomy with tissue expanders to get her to her goal size. After that she returned to the Operating Room to exchange the expanders to implants. She is very happy with her new breast appearance.
