This beautiful young woman underwent nipple sparing mastectomy of both breasts 4.5 years ago. She had radiation therapy to her right breast. She was reconstructed first with tissue expanders, then with silicone gel implants and ultimately underwent some fat grafting to smooth her results and counteract the contracture resulting from radiation. She is photographed 9 months since her last procedure, looking amazing and feeling great! She is physically unlimited.
