This woman in her 60's underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy and was reconstructed immediately with shaped silicone gel implants. She is photographed 15 months after mastectomy and is doing great!

This young woman had a right breast cancer, for which she underwent mastectomy and immediate reconstruction with round gel implant above her pectoralis muscle. Second stage surgery included a left breast lift with some fat transferred to each breast from her abdomen. She is photographed 10 months after her orginal surgery.
