Patient 1
This woman underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy. She desired in the end to have larger fuller breasts. We therefore initially reconstructed her at the time of mastectomy with tissue expanders to get her to her goal size. After that she returned to the Operating Room to exchange the expanders to implants. She is very happy with her new breast appearance.

Patient 3
This woman presented after lumpectomy and radiation therapy, with lack of resolution with fat transfer and alloderm. She underwent latissimus flap reconstruction of the breast. The breast is more symmetric and the back scar is quite acceptable. She is photographed 2.5 years postoperatively.

Patient 7
This woman underwent right-sided nipple sparing mastectomy performed through an incision under the breast. She had 2 stage reconstruction, first with expander, then gel implant. She is photographed 9 months after her preoperative photos were taken. Postoperative photos and preoperative photos are so similar in appearance!

Patient 8
This woman underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies through incisions in the breast fold with immediate shaped gel implant reconstruction. She had some enhancement with fat grafting from the abdomen as a seondary surgery. Her postoperative photos demonstrate beautiful results.

Patient 9
This woman in her 50's presented 9 years after inital breast augmentation with saline implants, who sustained spontaneous deflation of the left implant. She desired implant exchange to silicone and a bit of a larger size. On preoperative evaluation she was found to have a concerning mammogram. She was diagnosed with early breast cancer of the right breast, close to her nipple. She therefore underwent right mastectomy, and immediate reconstruction with latissimus back tissue and implant. At that time the left deflated saline implant was removed and replaced with a larger silicone implant. She ultimately underwent right sided nipple reconstruction. She is photographed 14 months after her initial surgery. She has done great and loves her aesthetic outcome!
