This beautiful woman presented years after saline implant augmentation with deflated left implant. The left breast as a result was more contracted with a higher fold. She underwent surgery to exchange the old saline implants with fresh, high profile gel implants with adjustments of the creases to even them out and better center and lift the implants. She is photographed 9 months after her surgery with soft, beautiful, symmetrical breasts that fit her proportions beautifully!
