This lovely woman underwent breast augmentation 40 years prior, presenting with capsular contracture, both implants found to be ruptured during surgery with thick capsules. She had the implants and capsule scar tissue removed and underwent fat transfer from her back, adding 175cc of fat to each breast post explant. She is photographed 8 months after her surgery, looking so much softer and comfortable.
