This is a 40 year old woman who has a history of weight loss and prior saline breast implants. She wanted more lift in the breasts, as well as increased size. She increased from a 350cc to 450 cc saline implant and had a mastopexy performed. Now she is lifted and has a more amply filled skin envelope.

- This is a 45 year old woman who decided to switch from silicone to saline implants. Her implants were increased in size by about 25 cc and the breasts were internally tightened, improving her appearance nicely. The patient is very happy.

This lovely woman presented because she was unhappy with the appearance of her implants. She was switched to anatomically shaped implants and underwent a lift to improve the breast contour and nipple position. She is photographed 14 months after surgery.

This 32 year old woman originally had breast augmentation with 380 cc smooth saline implants under the breast to address tubular deformity and asymmetry. The implant deflated after 7.5 years, and she went on to have removal of both saline implants with release of scar tissue and placement of larger, 460 cc Natrelle silicone breast implants.

This woman underwent breast augmentation for deflation with full implants to make up for her significant volume loss with pregnancies. Over time the implants descended and created a "double bubble". She was revised with reinforcement of her breast crease and cleavage. She is photographed 7 months after surgery with excellent maintenance of her revision and is very happy.

This 50 year old woman had mastectomy on both sides with radiation to the left side to treat breast cancer. Her implant reconstruction failed on the left, so latissimus back tissue (skin and muscle) was moved into the left chest, covering a new silicone implant.

This woman complained of significant developmental breast asymmetry after having had an implant surgery by another plastic surgeon. She presented for improved symmetry and contours. She required significant shaping and pocket revision and right breast lift. She is photographed 3 months after her surgery.s

This woman underwent removal of old implants with release of scar tissue and exchange to implants that fit her body more proportionately. She not only looks better, but feels better. She is photographed 10 months after her implant exchange/capsulotomy.

This is a woman who presented years after mastectomies with implant reconstruction. She desired improved contour to the chest area. She also figured she would undergo cosmetic abdominal contouring procedure while she was undergoing her reconstruction revision. She was so pleased by the improvement of her whole torso.
