This woman had old silicone implants which were ruptured, with contracture particularly on the left breast. She underwent implant removal with exchange to fresh moderate plus profile smooth round gel implants with a breastlift. She has really soft beautiful proportionate breasts and she is feeling and looking terrific!

This lovely woman underwent breast augmentation 40 years prior, presenting with capsular contracture, both implants found to be ruptured during surgery with thick capsules. She had the implants and capsule scar tissue removed and underwent fat transfer from her back, adding 175cc of fat to each breast post explant.
