This woman in her early 50's had a history of lumpectomy and radiation treatment of her right breast. She had resultant asymmetry and firmness where she had the radiation treatment. She underwent breastlift with 2 subsequent sessions of fat transfer from the abdomen to the irradiated portion of her right breast. She is photographed 17 months after the first fat transfer.
