This woman in her 20's wanted breast enhancement but did not want implants. She underwent BRAVA breast expansion prior to her fat transfer procedure, which temporarily expanded her breast size. The fat transfer helped maintain the volume from BRAVA, but further than what BRAVA could provide because she now has a more full, smooth upper pole of her breasts. Fat was donated from her abdomen and back/waist. She is very happy with the results.
