This young woman underwent breast augmentation to treat congenital deformity with underdeveloped breasts and excess breast tissue behind the nipple. She had 400 cc high profile smooth round gel implants placed under the muscle, with periareolar mastopexy to reduce projection of her nipple areolar complexes. She is thrilled 8 months out!
