This young woman had developmental issues with her breasts leading to underdevelopment and asymmetry. She had bilateral breast augmentation with anatomical gel implants to better reconstruct the breast fold and contour she lacked. She has achieved much improved symmetry and shape with the anatomic implants. She is photographed 11 months after surgery was performed.
