This young woman sustained massive weight loss leading to significant deflation and loss of shape of her breasts. She lacks the proper footprint of her breast augmentation through a small inframammary incision with tall shaped implants to help improve the shape and contour of her breasts, including creation of a lacking fold under her breast. She is photographed 7 months postoperatively.
