This woman wanted to reverse changes associated with her pregnancies. Her breasts lost volume and her abdomen was lax, primarily in the skin. She is very fit. She underwent Breast Augmentation with smooth round gel implants under the muscle and a tummy tuck with only removal of skin, no muscle tightening. She is photographed 9 months after surgery.
