This is a man in his 50's who underwent significant weight loss. He had serious issues with rashes of the skin under his abdominal skin over his upper thigh with breakdown and pain. He also had issues with varicose veins and lymphedema of the right leg. He underwent varicose vein treatment first, then returned for an upper thigh/lower abdominal skin removal.
