Jaclyn Lindquist RN, MSN.
Practice Administrator
Jaclyn joined the practice in 2020 as a recovery nurse in the PACU. She learned her passion for aesthetics when working here, which inspired her to go back to school to obtain her nurse practitioner license. Jaclyn has worked in various roles at a local hospital for the past 17 years with experience in intensive care, emergency room medicine, education and administration. She is passionate about building relationships with the patients and witnessing their transformations. When she’s not working she enjoys fitness, traveling and spending time with her Rottweiler.
Tori Lipira
Medical Assistant
Tori is a Baltimore native who attended Mercy High School. She began her medical career in phlebotomy. She has also worked in Pre Admission Testing, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Pain Management and her all time favorite Plastic Surgery. Tori has been in the medical field for more than 20 years. Her goal in the medical field is to make every patient to feel like they're treated as family. When not at work you'll find her at the beach with family and friends or home doing her next favorite thing ironing. She resides in Havre de Grace with her parents and new golden retriever puppy Zoe and has a 22 year old daughter.
Fionnula Rogers
Surgical Coordinator.
Fionnula Rogers is a Baltimore native and is our Surgical Coordinator. Prior to joining Dr. Shermak's practice she specialized in Retail, helping style clients to help them achieve greater confidence throughout the day. She's excited to help my patients on their journey to reaching their personal goals. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her 2 sons outdoors, at sporting events, and traveling.
Kim Wignall
Skin Care Specialist
Kim Wignall joined the practice in 2022 as a Skin Care Specialist. Bringing with her nearly 20 years of Dermatology experience, she has worked with a multitude of patients experiencing medical and cosmetic skin issues. She has a passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves, and believes her greatest reward is watching a person’s confidence grow as they begin to look and feel their best. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her three fur babies.
Veronica Magruder
Billing Specialist
Veronica Magruder is our billing specialist. She interacts with insurance companies for reconstructive surgical procedures during the preoperative authorization period to the postoperative payment period. Insurance companies are challenging to navigate, and Veronica’s expertise lies in how to advocate for our patients. She will gladly help answer questions about patient’s insurance plans and assist in helping patients achieve their surgical goals.
